The following candidates were endorsed for the following positions. A passing vote required 2/3 of the members present.

The 33rd would like to thank all candidates for spending the time to speak to our members and go through the interview process. We would also like to thank all members who attended and took the time on such a beautiful day to determine which candidates the 33rd LD put their endorsement to.

We will be considering the endorsement of candidates for King County Executive, King County Council, King County Assessor, and King County Port Commissioner. We invite all candidates for these positions to attend during the first hour of the meeting (7 to 8 pm) where they will be allowed a 2 minute speech to the membership.

The endorsement committee will create their recommendations through a combination of reviewing King County Democrat questionnaires filled out by candidates and brief interviews held in cases where the committee feels that is necessary. The membership will vote on endorsements in the second hour.

All candidates who wish to participate are invited to contact the 33rd Democrats at chair@33rddistrictdemocrats.org.
